Campervan Rental Payments

Campervan payment options

Usually, when you book a campervan, a credit card is required to secure a reservation. The full balance for the rental period is then payable upon pick up of the campervan. Payment can be made by credit card or debit card. Acceptable credit/debit cards include Visa & MasterCard.

Please note that paying with a credit/debit card must be presented with available credit, in the renter's name. The signature must match the name imprinted on the card as well as the signature on the rental agreement.

Note also that if you supply an overseas credit card for payment, transactions will be charged in your home currency if eligible. In case you want the transaction to be charged in AUD, make sure to notify your supplier prior to the transaction being processed.

Campervan rental companies do not accept cash payments. It is also important to note that while you can pay your deposit with a debit card, you will have to pay for the bond with a credit card. A surcharge will apply for all Visa and Mastercard credit card/debit card transactions.
