I booked a car rental at an excellent price but the only thing was it was to pick up and drop off at quite a distance from my house. I chatted with Riz on line and she changed the pick up and drop off location to an Enterprise location only 2 minutes from my house. I kept the same dates , vehicle, and price. Vroomvroomvroom is great.

Prices are a lot cheaper than when looking at the provider's prices on their websites. Also, I asked questions about my booking through the 'Let's talk' app and I found the person I was messaging, Rizza, was really helpful and clearly answered my questions. Feedback: Last time I booked with vroom vroom there was a ridiculous amount of additional hidden charges incurred when picking up the car, such that the cost of rental more than tripled. I will be watching and interested if this happens again.
