On renting a vehicle with Everything Fleet

Everything Fleet accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and WePay for payment along with any debit card that is issued by a bank that displays the Mastercard or Visa logo and has the customers name and card number.
Everything Fleet will take a pre-authorisation hold on your card for the duration of your rental. This security deposit, also known as a holding deposit or bond, varies depending on the vehicle type and payment type. This deposit pre-authorisation is refunded from your card (pending any additional charges) immediately upon the return of your rental vehicle, however it can take three to five business days to appear on your statement — this delay is dependent on your bank.
The minimum age to hire a rental car from Everything Fleet is 21, although drivers under the age of 25 may not be permitted to hire certain vehicles, and a young driver surcharge may apply.
Everything Fleet requires that all drivers, including additional drivers, possess a valid and unrestricted driver licence that displays the driver’s current residential address. Provisional licences and learner permits are not accepted. If your licence is not in English, you will require an International Driving Permit along with your driver licence.
Yes, Everything Fleet allows additional drivers, however they are subject to the same regulations as the primary driver and are limited to the number of passengers the vehicle is legally licensed to carry. There is an additional fee for each extra driver. For further information, please see the “Important Information” section for details specific to your rental vehicle, or contact our customer care team.
Yes. Basic cover is included in your Everything Fleet rental quote, but in the instance of vehicle theft, damage, or third-party loss, you’ll be liable to pay up to the excess amount outlined in your rental agreement. The excess refers to the amount renters are liable for before the basic cover applies and the amount of this excess can vary depending on the type of vehicle, the age of the renter, and a number of other variables. Additional coverage, including collision damage protection can be arranged through Everything Fleet for an additional fee, though be sure to read the details regarding what is and is not covered. Yes. Everything Fleet offers roadside assistance is included for all mechanical defects not resulting from human error or misuse of the rental vehicle. In the instance of non-mechanical issues, such as lost keys, keys locked in the vehicle, or a flat battery due to lights being left on, Everything Fleet may charge you a call-out fee.
All payments for tolls will be automatically charged to the credit card you provided for the rental. For more information regarding these charges, please see the “Important Information” section for details specific to your rental vehicle, or contact our customer care team.
Most Everything Fleet rental cars come with unlimited kilometres. If a kilometre limit on driving distance applies to your Everything Fleet hire car, the daily kilometre allowance will be shown on your Rental Agreement. If you drive in excess of this daily allowance, a charge may apply for the additional distance.
Everything Fleet offers three fueling options for their rental cars. Vehicles can be hired under a pre-paid fuel agreement, where you pay for the car being supplied with a full tank of fuel and you can return it without refilling the tank; or where you are required to return the hire car with a full tank of petrol (with you filling the fuel tank at your own expense); or a pay on return policy where you pay to have the rental car refuelled when you return the rental vehicle. If your hire car rental period is yet to commence, you can modify your booking within the VroomVroomVroom app or by contacting our customer care team to make the required changes. If you have already collected your Everything Fleet hire car, you’ll need to contact the depot you collected the vehicle from to request an extra day — or whatever extension period is desired. Bear in mind that any change to the rental period — regardless of if it is before you have collected the car or after — may alter the total cost of your hire car. If you need to cancel your booking, if you paid a deposit at the time of your booking with Everything Fleet through VroomVroomVroom, then you need to give at least 48 hours notice of your cancellation in order to receive a refund.
The Terms and Conditions of renting a vehicle supplied by Everything Fleet can vary depending on the exact vehicle hired, the age of the driver, the length of the hire period, and a number of other conditions. As such, the exact Terms and Conditions related to an individual vehicle rental can vary from one customer to another and one type of vehicle to another. Once you select a vehicle you are interested in on VroomVroomVroom, you can click on the prominent “Important Information” button to read our guideline to rental terms related to the vehicle which you should be aware of. Later in the booking flow are the detailed Terms and Conditions which you will need to read and accept before finalising your booking. Upon arrival you will also be required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the specific Terms and Conditions for your rental.
