    This is the second time I’m booking through your service. The first time I had arrived from New Zealand and arrived in Melbourne and I am neurodivergent and when I explained this and that I can be a bit anxious in new environments, customer service was so incredibly helpful, especially when my departure flight was late to leave and I was worried I wouldn’t get to the car rental place in time. He went ahead and informed them and reassured me everything was taken care of. Now I’m booking another 12 day car hire in Brisbane as I trust the service and customer support.
