The Mount Panorama Racing Circuit is 6.213 kilometers in length, about 874 meters above sea level and a scenic drive. It was opened in 1938 to the public and became the home of motor racing in Australia. It started its career as a dusty country track but now, Mount Panorama Racing Circuit is included at the world's top 3 motor racing circuits.
Mount Panorama is also the home of Australia's oldest rifle range that also provides facilities for other sports such as archery and clay pigeon shooting, the Panorama Motorcycle Club, and the BathurstLightCarClub. There is also a flora reserve located at the top of the mountain.

The Abercrombie Caves is about an hour's drive from Bathurst on the Trunkey CreekinGoulburnRoad. It is a perfect place for bird watching and photography. On-site units and a cottage are available. There are also hot showers, laundry facilities, and a kiosk in the area.
Aside from the many caves, Abercrombie Caves features the largest and most famous natural arch located in the southern hemisphere.
