M5 South Western Motorway
What is it?A privately operated motorway located in the south-western part of Sydney in the state of New South Wales in Australia . It's a part of Sydney Metroad 5 and the Sydney Orbital Network.Both ends of the freeway though was finished in separate dates: The M5 South Western Motorway was completed in August 1992 while the East Freeway was completed December 2001. The M5 East freeway is a publicly funded project. About 118,000 vehicles uses the M5 each day.
Where is it?
The southwest end is located in Hume Highway in Casula, Sydney;northeastern part is on General Holmes Drive in Kyeemagh, Sydney.
How do I pay?
Toll payment in M5 has 3 options:
1. e-Tag - Simply follow the sign and it will allow you to drive through the E-lanes of any electronic toll plaza in Australia. This is the preferred tag issuer of the M5 South West Motorway.
2. Cash - M5 also accepts cash;just follow the cash signs.
3. Visitor e-Passes - M5 accepts e-Passes from Roam, Roam Express and the RTA. Just follow Visitor e-Pass lanes.

How much do I pay?
Cars are charged $3.80;Trucks at $8.80.
This toll is in constant surveillance;24/7 camera is installed in all plazas.
Reminder: You should not cross the unbroken white line that separates lanes at the main toll plaza.
