Visit Rottnest Island – an ideal snorkelling location for beginners and families.

Mettams Pool is a calm snorkelling spot within 30 minutes of Perth city.

Spot cute penguins at Shoalwater Marine Park, just an hours south of Perth.

For shipwrecks, cavernous reefs and seagrass meadows you can’t miss the islands around Shoalwater Marine Park.

Then head further south to Dunsborough, where Western Australia’s most famous prepared wreck lies. Dive down and visit the Destroyer Escort HMAS Swan.
