Each Easter, Sydney welcomes the country into its bustling heart for the biggest Agricultural show in Australia. The Sydney Royal Easter Show is the oldest and most prestigious of “ag shows” in Australia featuring the best in produce, livestock, show bags and entertainment.

As one of the largest Agricultural Shows in the world the Sydney Royal show is designed to show case the best produce, livestock and arts and crafts New South Wales and Australia has to offer. The Show began back in 1823 to promote primary industry in New South Wales. The show has now grown to include some of the most prestigious horse events, domestic animal shows and international acts.
Some of the “do not miss” things to see at the show include the Extreme Sports displays, the Grand Parade where all the Grand Champion animals are on parade and the District Exhibit Displays where each of the regions create amazing displays with local produce. It needs to be seen to be believed.
